So happy with my kit!

I ordered the fairy garden accessories kit and it was just perfect! Everything came packaged really well and the pieces are adorable. My garden looks amazing now. I will absolutely shop here again for more craft supplies and tell all my friends about this store!

Detailed terrarium kit experience

I bought one of their terrarium kits a few weeks ago. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, easy to find what I wanted. Delivery took a little longer than I hoped, about 8 days to reach Denver, but everything was very well protected in the packaging. All the plants and decorative elements arrived intact and fresh. The instructions included in the kit were clear and easy to follow, even for a beginner like me. I had a small question about soil layering, so I used their online chat support, and they responded pretty quickly with a helpful answer. The finished terrarium looks professional and is now a nice addition to my living room. I might get another one for a gift.

Worth the first buy

I was looking for a good deal on a woodworking tool kit and saw ZEN DIY had a first order discount. It really made the purchase feel like I got a solid value. Shipping was fair, took about 6 days to get to me in Oregon. The tools themselves seem decent quality for the price I paid.

Mostly good, one small issue

I ordered a resin art supplies set and a few picture frames. The resin supplies were really good quality and came with clear instructions. I appreciated that they included everything I needed to get started. Delivery was decent, arrived in about a week. My only minor gripe was one of the picture frames had a small scuff on the corner, not a huge deal, but I noticed it. Customer service was polite when I emailed about it, offered a partial refund which was fair. Overall, a positive experience and I'd likely buy from them again for craft items.

Reliable as always

This was my third order from ZEN DIY, and they're consistently good. I got some furniture paint this time. Like my previous orders for embroidery kits and adhesive vinyl, everything arrived on time and was exactly what I expected. It's why I keep coming back, no surprises, just what I need.
